The care described on this site in no way replaces medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, when your state of health requires it. However, they can ideally intervene in addition to traditional medicine.
Do not discontinue medical treatment without your doctor's permission.

My approach considers the human being as a whole (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual). It is calledholistic therapy.
As alternative medicine, it is not intended to replace allopathic medicine. -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT and
SPIRITUAL AWAKENING

Dare to be yourself and assert yourself

Personal development refers to all activities aimed at developing self-knowledge, enhancing one's talents and potential, working towards a better quality of life, and achieving one's aspirations and dreams.

We find there, self-affirmation, self-esteem and self-confidence, management of emotions, stress, creativity, leadership

An accompaniment, a guidance?

To achieve the realization of spiritual awakening, a whole journey is generally necessary.

However, the onset of this condition is abrupt and sudden.

Spiritual awakening is a time when we experience great inner upheavals. Several symptoms appear in our lives.

One day, a great awakening opportunity occurs that will change the past, present, and future. When the choice is made to move beyond old beliefs and old patterns, there are signs that we are in full spiritual awakening.

spiritual awakening or self-realization

Spiritual awakening is neither a neurological disorder, nor a mental illness, nor a magical metamorphosis.

Spiritual awakening is the implantation in oneself of a very strong intuition, which lodges in our heart and our conscience at one moment or another of our life, often when we have the impression that our ego is crumbles before the demands of the outside world.

Spiritual awakening is a "beneficial light" that illuminates everything from within. It represents a change of perspective, an existential questioning.

The one who is affected, no longer sees the world from a strictly human point of view limited by alienating social conventions. Everything that seemed absolute becomes relative and everything that seemed relative becomes absolute.

The person knows that many things humans aspire to are futile goals like wealth, power, and recognition.

The person knows that a superior force, a supreme wisdom, watches over him at all times.

She knows that the good or bad events that occur in her life are not coincidences.

The trials and sufferings that befall his existence serve his spiritual progress or the elevation of his spirit in an apparently superficial world.

Knowing that a portion of his being is immortal (his spirit) and that the physical world is only a copy of another more real world, death is no longer an object of fear and trouble.

A sweet feeling of consolation arises in the person in a lasting way because she knows that she will see again after her death all those she loved in this world beyond this ephemeral carnal state.

The crucial step to achieve spiritual enlightenment is to stop being afraid of the judgment of others and to think for yourself.

Put an end to this ''social prison'' which keeps you with the herd of ''sheep''. Go your own way! Whatever happens, no one can turn you away from it.

Some will say of you: ''He is crazy!'' or ''He is disconnected from reality!''

Ignore them, because they will never make the intellectual effort necessary to understand how you feel.

These ignoramuses will rather avoid you than accept you as you are, because they don't have a tenth of your courage.

They don't have the humility to admit their own ignorance.

They will claim that you are a ''enlightened one!''

Despite everything they might say or think about you, in order to convince you that their view of the world is the truth, you know that they are the ones deluding themselves.

They have neither the will nor the determination to question the reality they have made for themselves.

They desperately cling to their poorly human prejudices.

They are afraid to admit to themselves that they are not in control of all aspects of their own life.

They cling to any ''rational'' explanation that can appease them.

They take pleasure in their academic knowledge, their diplomas, their hierarchical rank and their honorary titles!

We live in a time when kindness and humility are seen as character weaknesses when they should be seen as strengths.

We live in a society in which the stronger denigrates the weaker while the stronger should support the weaker.

We live in a society ruled by the richest and most powerful, but also the most corrupt and incompetent.

You know that this artificial world made by humans is a sham, a means of control.

You know that beyond this world exists another reality: a shining realm of truth and beauty where love and justice reign forever.
